As fat changes to muscle their may be limited weight change at this stage? I can tell from the tone of your posts that your fitness program is working for you - I can feel your enthusiasm growing.
You think so? I shouldn't really worry about the weight, should I? I mean it gets a little frustrating that I am not dropping numbers, but seeing some changes on my body keeps me motivated.

Wow you do seem to be ramping it up a lot? One area people ask about is motivation - I would be interested to learn how you stay motivated?
I used to weigh over 200lbs when I was in my teens. Never dated til I looked "ideal" to most guys. Looking back, I'd never want to feel as insecure as I was when I weighed that heavy. So yeah.. that thought pretty much keeps me motivated, plus it helps to have a very friendly community that supports me on my goals.
