I've been training with a friend lately and he keeps me really motivated. He's there every time I needed an 'extra push' so that makes my whole training experience even better. I suggest you find someone you're comfortable to work out with - someone motivating and someone who will inspire you to keep on going. Normally I weigh myself in the morning, as soon as I wake up. I usually weigh twice a month but lately I just stopped obsessing on the scale and just relied on what I see in the mirror. Best of luck with your journey! You got this!
