      Don't use ratios - use the formulae which give number grams based on bodyweight - as specified in the sticky threads. Fat is not your enemy, especially with your stats.

      If you go too low on fats, you aren't going to be making much test - therefore won't build muscle and won't gain lean body mass.

      Eat the yolk! It's the most nutritious portion.

      Use an empty water bottle, squeeze it to create a suction, then use it to "suck" the egg yolks instantly. I was really amazed when I saw this trick, as I was usually just scooping them out with a spoon before my friend taught it to me. You learn something new everyday, am I right?

      I cook the egg and separate the yellow and the white. But i usually get my protein from eggs so i eat them with yolks and all.

      To separate the egg whites more easily, crack the egg into a funnel or a clean water bottle with the top cut off. The egg white will flow through, leaving the yolk behind.

      1. Traditional Shell-to-Shell Method:
        • Crack the egg gently on the edge of a bowl.
        • Hold the egg over a bowl, and carefully split the two halves of the shell apart.
        • Allow the white to flow out of the shell into the bowl, while keeping the yolk in one half of the shell.
        • Gently transfer the yolk back and forth between the two shell halves, allowing more of the white to fall into the bowl.
        • Once most of the white has been separated, you can put the yolk in a different container.
      2. Using Your Hands:
        • Crack the egg into a bowl.
        • Wash your hands thoroughly.
        • Use your fingers to gently lift the yolk out of the white and transfer it to another bowl.
      3. Using a Water Bottle:
        • Crack the egg into a bowl.
        • Take an empty, clean plastic water bottle and squeeze it slightly.
        • Hold the bottle with the opening down and lightly touch the yolk with the opening.
        • Release the squeeze on the bottle, and the yolk will be sucked into it.
        • Move the bottle over a new container and squeeze the yolk out.
      4. Egg Separator Tool:
        • If you often need to separate eggs, consider purchasing an egg separator tool. This is a small kitchen gadget designed specifically for this purpose.
      5. Using a Funnel:
        • Place a funnel over a container.
        • Crack the egg and pour it into the funnel. The white will flow through while the yolk remains in the funnel.
      Each of these methods is effective, and the choice largely depends on your comfort and the tools available. The traditional method with eggshell halves is often preferred for its simplicity and no need for additional tools.

      What a clever trick! Using a funnel or a water bottle to separate egg whites sounds like a game-changer.

      Yolks are good for body gain but if you want to lose body weight, you need to avoid the same.
