I've just had peanut butter and bread only and no banana. I never have tried it and don't think I would like the taste. Sometimes mixing certain foods together for me doesn't always taste good.

I was referring to the alternative of having something higher in calories. 1 tsp of 100% Peanut butter is 100 calories. I'm estimating I would have two tsp worth, I feel that's really low calorie for a good way to fight hunger.

100 calories in just 1 teaspoon, wow! I don't know how you can eat just 2 teaspoons. Peanut butter is like crack, I would need at least 3 heaped tablespoons to be satisfied :p.

Which brand of peanut butter do you use?

That looks so good, it reminds me of my old bodybuilding days. I used to buy massive tubs of organic 100% peanut butter. I ate quite a lot of peanut butter in my bulking days but I haven't eaten it for a few years now.

The bread, peanut butter, and banana combo can be tasty, but it’s important to watch portion sizes and balance. Your doctor’s advice is valuable, so listen to their guidance for your health.

Yes, the combination of bread, peanut butter, and banana can be a healthy snack option when consumed in moderation and with attention to portion sizes. Each component offers valuable nutrients, including carbohydrates, healthy fats, protein, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals.

However, overindulging in large quantities of peanut butter or opting for bread with added sugars and refined grains can diminish the snack's healthfulness. Additionally, individuals with specific dietary restrictions or goals may need to adjust the portion sizes or ingredients to align with their needs.

I liked the peanut butter and but again I like it toasted in a sandwich maker with the peanut butter spread along with choco spread, a good alternative for the peanut butter and bananas.
