current weight is around 215 and 15% bf, really want to get my strength up in the next couple months. should i bulk to around 240 and maybe 20% bf in 5 months maybe longer then a 3-4 months cut to 12%? didnt do the math of how much 5% fat gain would be in weight. back on fullbody training and want to get some swole ass lifts
