Hey guys, like maybe 2-3 days I noticed that my mouth is so dry, i drink tons of water. I was reading that it make cause because of weightlifting? Idk what to do, is not annoying but it feels weird a little. Should i go to doctor? And yeah im kinda sick, have a nose flu ... Thanks guys.
HELP GUYS, MY mouth is dry as S*IT! Probably has something to do with you being sick. Also, if you are consuming a lot of sodium that will dry your mouth out, and thats complete BS what you read about weightlifting causing that. So to answer your question, watch your sodium intake, and keep drinking a lot of water
