      Your split

      What does your routine/split look like?

      Ever since I saw this split in muscle & fitness years ago I've stuck by it:
      • Chest
      • Back
      • Shoulders
      • Off
      • Arms
      • Legs
      • Off

      My exercises may slightly differ but the body part I hit is always as above.
      If I'm cutting, bulking or maintaining, same split :)

      Anyone hit body parts twice a week or maybe do less sessions but double things up?

      Wow BBBoy, that's a pretty good split...And quite advanced compared to mine, I usually do
      * Chest
      * Abs
      * Arms
      And sometimes a little bit of legs...But I'm still trying to improve it as I go along...

      when are you hitting your back, legs and shoulders buddy?
      The photo you posted is a very well balanced physique,see those rounded shoulders and extending traps, you'll need to throw in a shoulder day.
      How long have you been training?

      You can look like your goal no problem :)

      What actually worked for me was NOT sticking to a split for too long. If you hit a plateau, consider switching your split around because that worked for me. For instance, I do a similar split to yours for a month, I then switch to full body workouts 3 times a week, with different repetitions and series ratios. This shocks the muscle. I then go back to more common splits like push and pull days. You know, the whole "muscle confusion" thing. I ignore if that really has some scientific value but is is awesome to move things around if only for the sake of variety and going to the gym each time eager to try something new.

      I mostly just go to the gym for cardio and maybe some arms. I am more interested in having good endurance rather than large muscles, but that's just my preference. I work at an office job so it's a boring life, and I need to be healthier so I can live longer, not have muscles to impress people, but that's just me. Kudos to you guys though for sticking with your guns and seeing it through.
