first let me say HI to everyone. I am new to this forum. I am also learning more about fitness and what being healthy truly embodies. I was never one to eat a whole lot of junk but discovered because of food allergies, I have no fiber in my diet and I do not digest certain foods well. I am trying really hard to change all of this. I heard about the master cleanse a while back but at the beginning of this month, a family friend who is also a body building trainer told me to start with the Master Cleanse. If you have never done the original one, trust that it takes intense discipline and a lot of clothing changes... :scared: I did not do it correctly the first time but did manage to lose some belly fat. Now I am on attempt number 2 and here I go again fighting the urge to eat foods that are just plain not healthy for me. well hope this forum is still being used. I am going to go browse and see if there is any information that can help change my life.
Well, let me tell you I just finished trying to do this diet. I could only do it for 5 days. The necessity to eat is was really strong and I could not handle it any more. I am trying to do it a second time, I feel that am better prepared. Although this diet help me to eat healthier. Now I eat fruits (pineapple) most, salads, and not a lot junk food. This diet makes you realize how poorly you are eating. I did not see any change in my body but I did feel lighter in my stomach.
I am also new here and now that I've read about this master cleanse, I'd be researching about this to see if it's something I can do. I was told to do detoxification first before starting any kind of workout, if master cleanse is a type of detox. Most of the detox regimen I've been seeing online mostly call for items we don't have in my country so I'll probably need to improvise as well, just so I could start right away.
