K, dude. You asked how to tell if there is oil in there earlier, which is why I asked you "Does it look shiny?" I really didn't expect a post like this, lmfao. You can't expect people to tell you how much is in there from pics, seriously. Measure it in a cup, or weigh the rice, and use that with you stats on cooked white rice to get fat#1. Then go to the cook and ask em how much oil they threw on there (fat#2) cause no one will be able to tell you how much oil is in there from a shiny picture...

If you pressure cooked the rice then it won't have any oils in them, or at least be at the minimum. Fried rice is a different thing, it is very oily, and the level of oil solely depends on who cooked it. It's really unhealthy for me, so I try to avoid it and stick with pressure cooked rice to get my rice rations. I never go to the fried rice route, and even if I did, I most certainly won't pair it off with another fried item, like pork chops for example.
