Hello everyone. This is my first online journal ever that has to do with fitness. I decided to start exercising and I want to keep track of things I do as well as get motivation from anyone who cares to leave a reply. As soon as I get enough answers on my other threads, I will set-up a schedule here with my daily workout and diet.
I finally decided to start exercising today. Day 1 - 04/05/16 -> I walked for 45 minutes in the morning. -> I walked another 30 minutes in the afternoon.
Hello, today I've extended my exercising schedule. Day 2 - 05/05/16 -> I walked for 35 minutes in the morning and jogged for 5 minutes. -> I walked another 40 minutes in the afternoon and jogged for about 3-4 minutes.
Day 3 - 06/05/16 -> I walked for 40 minutes in the morning and jogged for 7 minutes. -> I walked another 35 minutes in the afternoon and jogged for about 8 minutes.
