What is something that keeps you motivated during your workouts?

I am personally someone who always needs music to be playing when I am working out because it pumps me up and keeps me going.
Another thing I started doing is hanging up posters of quotes with a person who is in really good shape. I know some people who even use obese people as motivation because they are scared that they will end up like this one day (haha).

That being said, what works for you?

What motivates me during my workouts is very similar to yours! I usually enjoy my own motivational music, and thinking about a goal in mind. Though I don't think of a person specifically, I think of what I can become, what this workout will do for me, and how I can improve from it. I think of it as the mind's motivation, how bad I want it.

I do the same thing you do when it comes to listening to music. I can't work out unless I am listening to music; I think that is why I love Zumba so much. I love to dance to music so I just have an amazing time when I do Zumba. One day, I tried to work out without music; I just put a movie on, and started to do my push ups, sit ups, and leg rises but I couldn't finish an hour work out. I think the tv distracts me and I was only about to do ten to fifteen minutes without music before getting discourage.

My motivation is to beat my previous workout. All my workout information is noted in a journal and the first thing I do when I step in my gym is check my journal to see what I need to beat for the session ahead.

Hectic schedules might make you lazy, but being a fitness instructor you need to push yourself to experience the advantage of exercise and workout. There are many advantages of exercise don't you want to be physically and mentally strong? Exercise does that. The only thing that you need to do is that try to get a planned workout from your trainer You will surely get various workout schedules or if you are well efficient then make it by yourself, or the best option that you can prefer is to Google it. But consulting to a professional trainer would be the best option that I can suggest you. I have seen many people who are unable to perform basic workout activities, joining such a fitness club would encourage you to exercise more. Initially when I get to the gym I usually watched other people doing workout and the way they have maintained their body, this has inspired me the most. Workout isn’t a difficult task you can perform it on a regular basis many of the times it is been observed by me that people take health supplements in order to perform exercise or workout properly, one can also take health supplements like USP Labs Pre workout supplements, etc. this is one of the way that can help in boosting your body to perform exercise.
      Thanks
