      I will need to work out my BMI but is anyone else brave enough to post their BMI?

      You must go ahead with High intensity workouts to increase metobolism amd burn more fat.

      Can you give me an example of some high intensity workouts I can maybe do at home? I read somewhere that high intensity workouts keep on burning fat ever after you have finished exercising?

      1. Kettlebell Swings,
      2. Decline Pushups,
      3. Fire Hydrants,
      4. Bent Over Lateral Raise with Dumbbells,
      5. High-Knees + Squat Jumps
      The above are some workouts which you can do at home.
