      Hey there,

I'm also dealing with hunger and cravings and was wondering about the same things. It's so frustrating, right? From what I've gathered, a few things can help manage them:
      1. Balanced Diet: Ensure you get enough protein and fibre to stay full longer.
      2. Regular Meals: Don’t skip meals, as it can lead to overeating later.
      3. Hydration: Sometimes, thirst is mistaken for hunger.
      4. Healthy Snacks: Keep fruits, nuts, or yoghurt handy for when cravings hit.
      5. Mindful Eating: Pay attention to what and why you're eating.
What strategies have you tried so far? Let's figure this out together!

Hey there! Dealing with hunger and cravings during fasting periods can definitely be a challenge. One trick that's worked for me is staying busy and keeping my mind occupied. When I'm focused on tasks or hobbies, I tend to think less about food. Another strategy is staying hydrated with water or herbal tea, which can help curb hunger. Sometimes, a small amount of black coffee or green tea can also help suppress appetite temporarily. Additionally, I find that planning my meals for when I can eat helps me stay disciplined during fasting periods.

      Hi @Danica Trainest

Thanks for your post - very interesting.

For someone who has never tried fasting before, what are the dangers - I presume there are some things we need to look out for.

When I first tried fasting, I experienced dizziness and fatigue. It was tough at first, and I had to stay hydrated and listen to my body. If you have any health issues, it's smart to check with a doctor before starting. Breaking the fast with balanced meals helped me avoid digestive problems. It gets easier with time, but always prioritize your well-being.
