      im working on them

i had a sunbed on friday...but it seemed to make the dark bits darker and the white bits only slightly less white...so i actually made it worse. I think i need to go on the sunbed with a tshirt on and my pants and trousers pull down my quads

Interesting mine is a bit different to the above:

      Am- Double whey shake
      Mid morning- Apple
Lunch- 2 grilled chicken breasts with brocolli and baby corn & shake
Afternoon- Apple & half a protein bar
      Train- Shake
Dinner- Grilled chicken and green veg & other half of protein bar

Try to avoid carbs as I am quite carb sensitive and find I bloat out easily

I see some great cutting-diet plans here! Here are a couple of ideas that have worked for me:

      High Protein, Low Carb
      :

      Meal 1
      : Scrambled eggs with spinach
Meal 2: Grilled chicken with broccoli
Meal 3: Protein shake with almond milk
      Meal 4: Salmon with asparagus
      Snacks: Almonds and Greek yogurt

      Intermittent Fasting
      :

Fast for 16 hours, eat within an 8-hour window.

      Meal 1
      : Chicken salad with avocado
Meal 2: Turkey breast with sweet potato
Meal 3: Cottage cheese with berries

Remember, stay hydrated and adjust based on how your body responds!

I think that it would be very much difficult for foody persons who are unable to control their cravings to fast for 16 hours. I would recommend replacing these meals with their dinner and having normal food for lunch. This would also help you out.
