For the majority of people, two glasses of lemon water per day are typically regarded as safe. Prepare by combining 1 liter of water with 4 lemon segments. Warm lemon water with honey, mint leaves, or ginger can help you stay more hydrated and has additional health advantages.

Make sure it is well diluted as it could easily impact your teeth enamel.

Does this go back to the old saying - "everything in moderation"?

Absolutely! Anything that is taken in proper balance, won't harm your body. Even if you consume junk food in the proper way, you will remain healthy.

Lemon water is refreshing and a great way to stay hydrated! It’s also known to support digestion and provide a boost of vitamin C. Just make sure not to overdo it if you’re concerned about acidity affecting your teeth.
