Medium intensity cardio would be like running at 70-75% max HR.

low intensity cardio vs interval training cardio

      30 seconds sprint (High-intensity)
90 seconds walk or light jog (Low-intensity)
Repeat sequence about 8 times to start

Try to improve as time progresses by either adding another sequence or reduce the walk time by 5 seconds. If you can reduce your walk time to around 40 seconds, then you will be doing essentially the Tabata Method, which is how Olympic sprinters sometimes train. Needless to say, it's difficult as hell to do that. I can't even come close.

As per my experience I think low intensity cardio is just a waste of time and on the other hand interval training cardio is the best one thing which is really awesome and helps you to gain weight and to reduce belly muscles, increase your stamina and strength. What about you friends, could you please let me know further.
