      Looking to find out about running a test and deca cycle, such as how much to run when to jab and if I need to run adex and hcg during my cycle (thinkin I do), how long to run cycle

      And anything else I've missed! Cheers

      I feel that my diet is good mate just looking into it and getting all info needed before I think about touching it ! Better safe than sorry!

      id run 500-600mg test and 300-600mg deca. up to you, im guessing goals are an all out bulk, hence the deca. Personally never used adex with deca, but i dont seem to suffer as much from sides as others do, so if your worried about bloat/gyno get some adex, 0.5mg EOD should have you covered.

      Run for 12-16 weeks, Ive run a ten week cycle before and much prefer extending it to 12+.

      Test E + deca jabbed once or twice per week completely up to you.

      Thanks very much mate! Would you be able to recommend a suitable amount of hcg to use? I take it it's just standard nolva and clomid for my pct?

      Test and deca cycle

      I'm on my first cycle just now mate and someone has advised me to add deca. I'm running tri-test 400 @ 600mg pw and i used 100mg oxy ed kickstart. Interested to see peoples opinions on deca, heard good and bad about it.

      you dont wana be running the same mg of deca as your test, keep your deca at 300mg. your test needs to be ran at a highger dose, i would get some arimidex aswell to prevent gyno and stop bloat

      Hcg should be 500mg per week at a minimum

      Not necessarily, deca can be ran at the same dose-age as test no problem. Just run the test for two weeks longer than the deca.

      Nolva and clomid for pct, or even just clomid and have nolva on hand incase you suffer rebound gyno.

      Finally, for HCG I recommend you look at the stickies, as there are that many different ways you can use it its a matter of choice I think.

      Why not? You can run deca much higher than test without issue. As long as you take at least 250mg of test your libido will be fine.
