I have to look really good in 9 days, as i'll be without a shirt for a while. Now I'm in decent shape but I have the time to put in serious hours. Heres how i look: i45.tinypic.com/25gh3js.jpg I am thinking about doing 2-3 physical activities a day. For example in one day: A few hours of pickup basketball, crunches and pushups, lifting next day: swimming, push ups and crunches, lifting next day: Lifting, basketball, pushups and crunches for the ab workouts I'm thinking crunches, and bicycle. Diet: I'll eat hardly any carbs. Will this amount of working out work effectively for what i want to do? Or is there a better plan for getting a good six pack and lower body fat in such a short period of time. Thanks for your help
Fastest way to burn fat for a six pack This is an unrealistic goal...building muscle and losing fat takes a long time..you can't just get it in 9 days...we'd all be shredded as fuark if that was the case
Fastest way to burn fat for a six pack I have a freaky high metabolism. Only reason I'm the 180 lbs that I am is because I eat 3x more than any normal person. But Is this the fastest way to get what I want. Is it effective?
Fastest way to burn fat for a six pack I've always thought lifting mixed with cardio shows best results
Fastest way to burn fat for a six pack From your picture it looks like you just don't have enough muscle mass on your ab region for you to have a 6 pack. You can only lose so much bodyfat in 9 days, and even if you shed off 5%, your abs physically don't have enough size to them to really show, this is an unrealistic, unachievable goal in the time given
Fastest way to burn fat for a six pack And what should I do to get the muscle mass in my abs. Weighted situps?
Fastest way to burn fat for a six pack Weighted crunches, leg raises, planks...but again your abs won't just magically fill in from 2 ab sessions, it takes a lot of time to really develope them
