      So my mom bought a 12 inch chocolate chip cookie cake and I havnt had real bad food like that in a long time. I had about 1 cup of vanilla ice cream and probably 1/4th.. If not more of the cookie cake. It doesn't have any nutritional info on it so say I was gunna run later to work some calories off anyone have a guess of how many I ate? I was thinking around 1,000? Anyone have an idea

      I'm sure I'll get some people disagreeing with me but here goes:

      Your guilt is probably more harmful than the calories. My advice would be to not give a f@#k for a little while.

      The ice cream wasn't schit. Probably 150-200.

      The cookie cake? Yeah it's up there.

      But so what? The past is done and you can't change the past you can only direct your future, so don't do it again and keep cutting.

      See, I think that would be why you gorged on it. If you restrict yourself to "good" foods (however you define good), then you put yourself at risk of falling off the wagon. Maybe just a little like you did, or maybe a lot, as in you binge and subsequently give up.

      Or you get into a cycle of restrict -> binge -> guilt -> fast/exercise -> restrict like so many people do.

      Understand that no food is good or bad in isolation, it only matters within the context of what it does to your calories and macros for the day/week. Fit this stuff into your calories and macros and enjoy it while cutting.

      Yeah that's what I'm going to do from now on so I can enjoy life more. But for this current situation do you have a guess of how many calories I might have consumed?

      I'm thinking 1000-1500. Cookie cakes are some dense shizz.

      But keep in mind if your body burns 2500 a day you aren't even over maintenance so long as you haven't eaten too much earlier in the day.

      Stop schitting your pants.

      Probably 1500 at the max! I diet 6 days out of the week and I let myself have a cheat day on sundays where I can eat whatever I want! and I still lose 2lbs a week!

      I heard it's good to go overboard on your calories with a cheat day every 1-2 weeks because it helps spike your metabolism so don't worry too much bro!
