      So brahs, I'd just like some honest opinions on how I am looking. Where do you think my strengths are and what I could really work on. Also, if you want to give a bodyfat percentage guess go for it I'd like to hear some opinions. Thanks Brahs. Yes, I'm sexy as fuarkk.

      Lookin' good man. Forearms could use a little work. And like EatLiftSleep said, pics of your legs would be appreciated

      Thanks for the feedback, yeah I've never trained Forearms, and for legs I neglected them at first but am catching them up. They are a decent ways behind though. Dumbly I lifted all upper body at first. =/

      Yeah I had the same problem myself. Just recently started taking legs seriously myself. But as far as the forearms are concerned, doing exercises where you're forced to hold a lot of weight such as shrugs and deadlift will help develop them. Just don't use straps.
