How the fcuk do you aspirate when doing glute injections???

Hi guys

I've always jabbed quads as the process just seems easier. Just started 2nd injection cycle and did my first quad injection earlier in the week. Couldn't walk properly for 4 or 5 days and have decided to start jabbing glutes as i don't want to be limping around for the next 4 months.

Just attempted my first glute injection and basically sh!t myself so much the needle didn't even pierce the skin. I'm now taking a few moments to compose myself a little

I know i have to inject the upper outer part of my glute but i think i'm going to have major problems aspirating with one hand.

Do you guys have any tips that may help me with this? Also do you guys inject the glute quickly like a dart which i see is recommended or do you slowly push it in? I worry i'll stab it in quickly and pass out with the pain..... Yes i'm a pussy!

I just look round far as I can, (your pinning the upper outer quadrant anyhow so its not that hard) then I just push it in like a dart and push the plunger back with my thumb...It is a bit fiddly at first but you get better at it.

Due to the site it should be easy to see and I too use my thumb to push back with thumb and thats it.

Out of interest why so sore in quads ?

Do you warm the oils, massage and/or warm pin site before and after.

use a seperate pin for draw and a small gauge one for injection ?

She wont do it. "I told you i don't agree with what you're doing and i'm not going to help you do it", said the mrs last night....

Brother in law will do it but as my injection is late and he's not about, i'm gonna just try it myself now.

shoulders and chest with blue 1in pin is all i do.
