What would I have to squat at my BW to be considered impressive? Also what do you squat and what's your bw?
Squats gtfih Bodyweight means very little to me. Someone squatting 315 is weak regardless of whether or not they weigh 100lbs, they are still only moving 315. 5+ plates is impressive IMO.
Squats gtfih I squatted 175 x5 (3 sets...) at 136 Ibs.... (still have plenty of n00b gains of course, and yes, I squatted deep....) ..... so really? 1x your bodyweight? I will still feel crazy week until at least 2x ..... EDIT: misread the post, my bad =/
