After not doing bench for 8 months due to shoulder worries went back for it today and got a pb of doing 100kg for 2, felt like i had more in the tank so next chest session shud get me clear of the hundred, currently weighing a small 12st 2lb, had to tell people that understand weights as no1 else has a f`in clue.
100k Bench!! Nicely done mate...feel your pain are fecking my rotator cuff playin American Football. Good feeling to get back into it. Speaking of PBs hopin to attempt 170kg tonight but not feeling confident...
100k Bench!! Hmmmm.. had you been diung any shoulder pressing, if not I find that hard to believe given your BW.
100k Bench!! good job. make sure you warm up your rotator cuff first, its a common injury, dont get it again. a good 5 or 10 minutes with a couple of 5lb plates in each hand doing your cuffs will pay off in long term. Peace
100k Bench!! Do you mean you find it hard to believe he can bench press 100 at his body weight? I'm confused lol
100k Bench!! Nice one mate, well done! I tend to say to people "Imagine carrying 100 bags of sugar" lol they seem to get the picture a bit more then.
100k Bench!! I did decline DB work with daily stretches working at it and then to decline and slight incline pressing nothing flat, im not saying i walked in the gym after 8 months off and wacked 100kg on, did proper warm-up sets 12 at 70, 6 at 85, 1 at 95 then 2 for the 100 coz i was feeling strong. I am light I admit but my strength has always been on a good base level. Thanks for your pecimism - - - Updated - - - Ill try that, nice advice thanks.
100k Bench!! Thanks for sharing that, Got it favorited and will incorporate it into the start of my pressing routines doesnt look like it will take more than 6 mins to do 3 times thru. Looks like it mobilizes all of the shoulder thoroughly.
