      Right so I'm 17,

      I currently weigh around 75kg and I'm 5'9 in height.

      I have a bit of fat around my body but on my stomach a lot more :/ i was wanting to lose this and build up muscles there.

      Over the summer i got a gym membership and i went 4 days a week and i noticed i gradually got lean muscle, which i was very happy with.

      But then i did my hip and got an infection, this set me back a month at least :/

      I can go back in about a weeks time, so my question to you would be, best way to lose fat and gain muscle. My current diet is around 1000 calories a day give and take a few 100, i consume around 60g of carbs and 50g ish of protein.

      Any help on how to lose the belly fat and improve my abs would be appreciated .

      Don't worry about the little bit of belly fat man. Just bulk up and then cut.

      By did your hip and got an infection, you mean you are 17, 160lbs and using aas irresponsibly and got an infection?....or am im getting this twisted somehow lol..If im wrong sorry dont mean to be a dick, just "did my hip and got an infection" sounds like you injected into you hip and got an infection......if im wrong well than honestly you probs need to up those cals, that too little man. And honestly you dont wanna cut if your just starting out. You should be doing a lean bulk approach, I know you want abbs, but youll want to bulk up your abbs as you would with any other muscle, if you cut down your belly fat you most likely wont be as happy with the result as you think.

      I'm new to the gym, well i think so. I don't really wanna bulk, i wanna get a lean figure in order for my return to rugby.

      My average meals a day

      breakfast : 2 eggs (fried usually)

      Lunch: school lunches: try to get low carbs and fruit usually

      dinner: chicken/ turkey meals with minimum carbs

      i graze after i come home at around 5, either on fruit and seeds or turkey breast

      Water about a gallon a day .

      So maybe cut 1-2 months and then lean bulk?

      Basically I'm 17 went to the gym to get some tone and lean muscle, did it (well a bit) but then a got told a month out, and in 2 days time i can go back.
      I have lost a bit of weight whist on a diet down from 82 to 75 kg .

      do you reckon my diet is good enough to lose weight? I'm going to do some cardio in about a weeks time.

      So by cutting i keep my diet the same then lean bulk how?

      As i added to my previous post, you need more calories, your starving yourself which isnt beneficial even if you cutting, your just gonna be losing what little muscle you have ( i assume since your new to working out), you should add at least some oatmeal or whole grain bread to your breakfast and some vegetables/ good carbs to your dinner. You have the right idea for cutting, just cant go so extreme or youll regret it. Like I said b4 though your better off doing a lean bulk, when just starting to workout if you eat at your maintenance level of cals, and eat decent foods you will be able to gain muscle while leaning out a bit and will have the best chance at achieving what your hoping for

      Your post made it sound like you were using roids, but i guess im wrong,l which is good, read my advice though, it will help ya big time
