(PICS) my first 4 months had a bull**** routine, next 3 months did babylovers ss, next 3 months made my own split sort of like a push pull i cutted for 5 months went from 177 to 148 then i bulked to 165 for 5 months. before bench: 85 x 10 squat: 105 x 10 deadlift: none after bench: 155 x 6 squat: 200 x 5 deadlift: 220 x 5
