13 Weeks Out (pic) at the moment the only restrictions on my diet are: no simple sugars (such as concentrated fruit juice, candy, etc) no excess sodium (cant put extra salt on food) no fast food/junk ill have a strict meal/water plan in place in a few weeks. im not a huge sea food fan, but will have to learn to love it as i start leaning out. only thing i'd adjust is the eggs. have 1 whole egg, and the rest should only be egg whites. i love oats an hour pre workout middleweight as i'll most likely end up being 170-175 he charges $300 per 6 sessions. this includes a full lifting session (about 1.5 hours), posing practice (15-20 minutes), and general advice as we're working together. i work with him twice a week currently: typical bodybuilding split chest legs arms rest back shoulders/traps rest abs every day. cardio/calves/abs on rest days 10 weeks out: chest/biceps back/triceps legs shoulders/traps rest 5 weeks out: legs chest/triceps back/biceps shoulders/traps rest or repeat
13 Weeks Out (pic) Looking good for 10%. My personal opinion would be to just bring your legs up, but I guess being half through a cut that is very difficult. As long as you come in shredded you will do fine. I am a believer of condition>size anyways.
13 Weeks Out (pic) i havent started cutting yet lol. being 6 feet tall, legs are a real bitch to grow. judging from what ive seen on other teen competitors, theyre legs are absolutely terrible. i feel mine are at least half decent cuz i kept the bulk clean and never got fat i havent even started cutting yet its my posing suit, cheeky kunt
