I was thinking of modifying the approach to PHAT and training each muscle group 3x a week. Mon: Upper power Tues: Lower power Wed: Upper hypertrohpy Thurs: Lower Hypertrophy Fri: off Sat: Full Body hypertrophy Sun: Off Whatchya guys think? in4 the frequency lovers!
3x a Week Opinions Never heard of KOHT but if that's what I posted above idc you can call it w/e you want I just want results. I love PHAT and I'm still utilizing the major technique behind PHAT which is just incorporated both rep ranges while adding in more frequency.
3x a Week Opinions I don't care who made it; I didn't read about it via kanevskiy and even if I did and it made sense I would still use it.
