      First couple weeks was some bull**** bro split, then I was on the weightlifting team which was also bull****, then I worked out on my own for about two months with a hypertrophy routine and recently my routine has been a self-made strength program

      Day A
      Bench press 3x5
      Rows 3x5
      curls(any type) 3x8
      Face pulls 3x10

      Day B
      Squats 3x5
      Front squats 1x8
      Calve raises 3x10
      Leg curls 3x10

      No rest days heavy singles when I feel good

      No direct tricep work? Surprised. Solid routine though, nice and simple
