      It wasnt that hard for me bro! I do chest, back, arms, shoulders, legs in order from monday to friday and i try to fit in some biceps on back day and some tri's on chest day. It really helps!!

      15" at 15 is very good.

      Do you even legs OP?

      Yeah I make sure I do legs on a monday and go through the different groups til friday, with friday being muscles that need less work in comparison. Generally tired by then.

      Actually im not fat at all. My stomach is flat. Before i started gym i was 71kg now i am 83 kg.
