Hello Guys, I was wondering, im really skinny -4.2% body fat only- and i've been lifting for quite a few months now, im 15 yrs old and i weigh 63Kg - My height is 178Cm I've been tryin to get my abs out through normal training routine at Gold's Gym.. i do abs like 3 times a week.. if i press on my stomach with my hand i can feel the muscles inside but i cant seem to get them out :/ is it because theres a small layer of fat on my belly or..? my belly is almost at the same line with my chest.. i dont want so big abs that will be infront of the chest line.. so should i keep doing crunches and other abs workouts until im tired or should i just continue with my daily routine at the gym? i added a picure to give u some better idea
About the Abs for Skinnies Everyone has abs that they can feel if they push on them. Although you are very skinny your abs are not big enough to show i think from looking at the picture. Also abs are a VERY tough muscle to grow, doing them 3 times a week is a good track. Your abs are going to take a long time to grow to the point you want them to, just keep going at it. Try doing cable crunches with 14-16 repetitions, Decline sit-ups with 30-40 repetitions and Hanging leg raises with 18-24 repetitions. You should also try bulking up, once you've gone through a bulking phase you can cut down the body fat and your abs will show.
About the Abs for Skinnies Ha I've got a friend that claimed to be 1-2%.... Doesn't matter how much you tell them otherwise
About the Abs for Skinnies Haha, met a guy who said he had 2% all around the year... Smacked him in the face
