hello all, so yesterday i had workout and after workout i got wasted as f*ck , drank 1L tullamore on 3 people and i added more 4 beers on me, i havent slept yet and eat normal food, just like white bread :/ so how much this will affect my gains ? if i just take 2days off? btw im on a bulking stage.
alcohol and gains? you will gain weight because last night you changed a lot of your testosterone into estrogen. i don't think you will turn it into solid shred muscle but you will gain some weight.

alcohol and gains? you don't need 5 to 6 meals... just go back to hitting your caloric and macro nutrient goals and stop worrying about one night that means very little in the long run.

DAMN i swear sometimes i forget you guys and your multiple doctorates. thicksolidtight, stealth12, kahldris. look something up for once in your lift and stop acting like you know everything. true a glass of like whine will increase your metabolism and is good for you. but getting "shut my kidneys down today" drunk will screw up your hormones. read a damn book sometimes and get off the forum...
