      Allpros routine seems weird

      You are still going to induce hypertrophy. It's not like hypertrophy ceases to exist because you dropped the weight 10/20% from Monday's workout.

      really ? thanks for helping a beginner out, only lifting for around a month properly

      Agree with this. Your muscles will continue to grow lifting at 10/20% from your heavy day, don't worry. Stick to the program. There's a reason there are two threads on it with thousands of posts.

      I wish I ran all_pros when I was a noob, the more I look at it the more I realise it would have suited me very well indeed.
