(almost) 2 month BLSS progress. confused about body fat alright i'll try 3200. I have been gaining about 1.5 pounds a week. Is that too much? i'm not sure because i could be getting noob gains or some of it could be water weight too because i take creatine and drink like 1 to 1.5 gallons of water a day.
(almost) 2 month BLSS progress. confused about body fat 1.5lb a week? thats impressive as it doesnt look like uve gained any fat; definitely taking advtanage of ur noob gains; on that note, just keep the cals where they're at i wasnt aware u were gainin tht quickly; if weight gain stalls than u know what to do
