Apart from the fact you would be tired with a lack of sleep and regularly working out, what other issues would a lack of sleep cause for your general health?

Studies show links to increased blood pressure, higher chance of depression, and weight gain (among a plethora of other things). Get your sleep people!

How do you control your sleeping patterns? I struggle with terrible sleeping patterns which can leave me tired during the day.

I just always try to go to sleep 8 hours before I have to wake up. If I do not nap during the day, it's typically quite easy for me to fall asleep as my days exhaust me. 4 AM wake up. Work till 11. Eat Lunch. Work till 5. Dinner. Work online. Bed at 8 PM. I'm usually super ready for bed by that time

About 3 months now. Really hoping to figure out a good system for making some extra money online before I burn out. I don't wanna wake up at 4 for too much longer lol

Maybe we can work on creating some online training programs we can market together?
