      that is true but he ask if he was training to much not how to make his weight lifting gains better but i also see what you mean

      Wouldn't that mean I could ideally do just one exercise per body part and be done working it? I can't see how this is possible.

      Throw what you 'feel' or what you 'think' out the window, your gains will be much better. I always feel underworked, but I always see great gains, go figure.

      Might be a bit unnecessary. It depends on your goals but you'd probably benefit from less volume and more intensity

      Personally to you, how many total sets do you do per body part? Along with the reps?

      I see, I see. I'll pull back my sets and up the intensity and see how much of a difference it'll make for me.

      do you count a dc set as a single regular set or is each time you rest and pick the weight up again to do a couple more reps equivalent to an additional regular set even though it's the same dc set? also what is your routine?

      It's the equivalent of 3-4. Currently doing the DC training 3 day split, which is basically a push / pull / legs. Normally I do the 2 day split, which has higher frequency, but I'm cutting hard right now and don't really feel like training as often.
