      Anyone else into their fishing. I have the sudden urge to bust out my three piece set up my fixed spool put some 10-15lb line on and set up a ledgering rig and get some bollies !.. I live in n wales and have a day off work this week so thinking of doing some carp fishing, i may even go down to the trout farm not that far away just due to the ease and short notice, but yeah anyone know any local areas dont mind venturing to cheshire flintshire denbighshire may even go up to bala even though i hear **** experiences there! ANYWAY ibot been fisih for a few years now.. might be a bit rusty

      My family are carp fishing mad. My little brother is UK Junior champ and the other beat some of the top 10 guys in a competition the other day.

      Whereas I think it's a waste of a weekend. Each to their own though

      Im into carp / barbel fishing in a big way. Im a member of Prince Albert Angling Society and am a member of a small syndicate. Me and my dad have a trip to france every year and have a few weekend trips a year to the river severn / teme near bridgnorth.

      Used to carp fish all the time, Conningbrook lake which had twotone (british record) is in my local town, many a night was spent down there blanking lol.. My bro paul spent 150 nights down there in one year the nutter! Got fed up with it in the end, used to sit there wishing i was wakeboarding across it rather than fishing so i quit!
