there is a massive feeling of satisification when you rig a big fish and spend 20 minutes battling with it to pull it in, when you actually manage to get it out the water it feels great! I do like pike fishing... done it once and caught two was with two swedish lads who are pike fishermen they caught one each so four between.. we caught em dragged them in and ate them got smashed drinking swedish cider was a right laugh!

normally up at 3am sunday morning and on the river by 4am watch the sun come up bag a few barbel (sometimes) then off home dinner sofa and a few mrs rimmingtons.
