      how about posting a picture in normal lighting instead? Because overhead lighting and a pump and a couple other picture tricks can make your physique from average to amazing.

      Like all of teen bodybuilding does. Hell even I took my profile pic with a pump and overhead lighting, and I could genuinely give a **** less.

      Brb should have taken it cold with a spotlight washing me out.

      Ian provides some of the best info within the youtube fitness community.

      Brendan Campbell, matty fusaro, and matt ogus being great as well. Nick Wright has been putting out better info in the last few months and is a cool kid

      he has definitely added some muscle since he started. he would look much better if he cut some bodyfat and got a tan lol

      so what ur saying is that as long as you have a picture that makes it look like you lift, then what you actually look like in real life doesnt matter because you are not in normal lighting. Because that is what your implying
