Anything wrong with a 4day bro split? I don't imply 2x training is bad It's just saying why train 2x a week 6 days in the gym in some cases when you can get same results training once a week with suffiecent volume and have more time to rest and recover
Anything wrong with a 4day bro split? Because some people like me hate days off because we do like training. And unless you have something to back up you can get the same results only hitting the muscles once instead of twice a week Id leave that out of your post
