Arrestable Offence, "malicious tweets" ???!??? This ****es me off no end. There was a full on rave in house opposite mine on Saturday night at 2 in the morning. Called the Po Po and nothing happened as they said it was council matter no a Police one. WTF? I said to the operator if I write a nasty tweet will you come over then as they seem to spend more time patrolling social media nowadays than the streets...to which she smiled a bit and just gave me the number for the council (who didn't answer I may add).
