      how much cardio do you do during the off season and when in contest prep?

      assuming you'd do a FBW workout, which compound exercise you'd do first and why?

      totally. started it about a month ago and love it. Chest has always been a weak spot, but I'm gonna make it my strength. decline 315x4 or so and incline 225x6
      Incline BB, incline DB, incline Flys, all one workout.
      off season no cardio-tryin to get as big as I can. Contest prep, 5-6 days a week, 20-30 min low intensity
      deadlifts man. WOrks the whole body,
      when I was 17 I did my first show.
      yeah Im mormon.
