      What has your experience been with cheap weight scales like these? I just care if they are accurate. Like one morning you weigh yourself 160 then the next you are 165. Does this happen with scales like this?

      I think the 30 dollar, lcd digital onces work best
      Yes sometimes it does, but go on the weightscale acouple times and see if it changes.

      If anything you should go down weight in the morning because you sweat some water out.

      Put a dumbbell on it while your instore to test it.

      Or take it home and test it, return if inaccurate.

      wot? I know I will weigh less in the morning I am wondering if these types of scales are accurate. Because when you are cutting it is important to have accurate measurement (not cutting yet)
