Bathroom Weight Scales! The one in the OP says 0.1lb resolution. So it is to the 10th degree accurate. Just not sure if accurate from day to day.
Bathroom Weight Scales! They should be precise, but not always really accurate. It may be a few pounds off, but that discrepancy should be in all the readings so the usefulness is there. In other words, if one time you are on the scale and it says 170, then again 165, you indeed lost 5 lbs although in reality you may have been 172 and 167.

Bathroom Weight Scales! Only had issues with accuarecy when battery is running low. Other than that, not too bad. Those amazon scales seem to have a 0.2lb accuracy , sounds ok
