Been doing arms for 3 months, progress okay, do you know roughly what body fat % you are? if your trying to build mass(get big) then find your maintenance calories and add about 500 to it. that should have you gaining a pound a week. your routine sounds okay but if your not growing then eat a lot more and change it up
