      been neglecting deadlifts :-( ouch did them for the first time in over 2 years

      Deadlift is my favourite exercise, I do it more than any other exercise and it's by far my strongest movement

      Shame I don't feel the same about squats

      I dont do deadlifts.

      Well, you don't squat then. A squat is free weights with Barbell.
