      What day do you guys combine biceps with? I've heard people say back days, leg days, chest days, etc.

      Best day to combine biceps with

      I do biceps with back, chest with triceps, and shoulders then legs. I've seen some people do it with triceps and some with legs too.

      do back, then the last half of your workout do biceps. I do this cause when doing back workouts your hitting the biceps too, example chin ups hit both bis and back. so throw a couple of bicep workouts after your back then you have a back and bi workout day.

      I designate one day a week for Arms (Tri/bi/forearms), and abs ofcourse

      i disagree with both of these guys i do my biceps with chest here my split

      Monday:Chest biceps
      Tuesday:legs
      Wensday:Sports specific/bball
      Thursday:Back Tricesps
      Friday:Legs
      Saturday:rest
      Sunday:rest

      I like hitting bis and tris twice a week so i do bis with my back and tris with my chest and then at the end of my week i do a tris and bis workout

      I think most people do them with back. I rotate biceps then back back and forth I seem to get a better workout that way. I also do my abs that day too

      Depends on personal preference amd your split routine. Like the guy above, i do back/bis, chest/tris, legs, shoulders. But ive seen peopledo 5 day splits as chest, legs, back, shoulders, arms.

      Personally i believe biceps are best to hit on back days since nearly all back exercises use your biceps. It just stacks perfectly along with chest/triceps
