Interesting stuff you said there. Fat raises testosterone levels?
And I never would have guessed a diet of high fat ( even with a low carb intake) would aid in fat reduction.

I don;t think it is really good. Why would you buy egg protein when you can just buy an egg? Extracting the protein from the egg and selling it in the form of a powder requires heavy processing, Eating natural food is a much better option.

Yeah, studies have shown saturated fat increase testosterone levels.

Fat is a clean energy source, it doesn't raise blood sugar and trigger insulin. By lowering insulin and eating plenty of fat you can reprogram your metabolism to run on fat, which means you will be burning fat all the time.

This is a good answer, really always try to stress the fact that fat is the cleanest fuel for energy your body can burn as compared to carbs for example.

Indeed but the type of fat you are consuming is important. Polyunsaturated fat is very fragile and high in omega-6, it causes inflammation and it is a big part of the reason heart disease and cancer rates have shot up in the past 50-years.

Avoid seed oils and eat natural fats from animals, avocados, coconuts, olive oil and tropical oils like palm oil.
