I've just started working out seriously and I was just wondering. Can I become big in one year? I'll be going on holiday back to my home country next year. I've sorted my diet and routine out so that shouldn't really be an issue. Weight: 178lbs Height: 6ft 1 Activity level: 0 Calories: 2800 (Do not want any more fat gain TBH) Carbs: 350g Protein: 200g Fat: 30g Can it be done?
Big in one year? how big is big? why only 100 calories over maintenance, and 30g of fat? any calories over maintenance will cause you to gain fat, keeping dietry fat low doesnt mean you won't get fat.
Big in one year? Because i'm about +20% body-fat. Don't people eat above maintenance to maximise muscle growth. (Sorry I'm new). I just don't want to get real fat. I already feel like s.hit, I don't want to make things even worse. The less fat gain the faster and easier the cut will be. Just scared lol.
Big in one year? It takes years of training to get big, no matter how effective your program or nutrition. Your dietary fat is excessively low btw.
Big in one year? http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/mus...potential.html 20 lbs of muscle in the first year of training can be achieved for most.
Big in one year? well what did you want, a picture? we can't compare because we don't know what you look like, or what you expect to look like :/
