Body Fat Estimate Please so based on the 12% majority vote.. im thinking continue cut to 10% then bulk from there? Open to any opinions and experience you all have! also i just went and tried to recalculate my BMR and caloric intake but kept finding the numbers to be off.. i was getting a 2880 caloric maintence number.. which given my current intake cannot be right or id be eating about 1k cals under maintenece a day which im sure would leave me void of any mass.. Since ive been cutting is it likely that my numbers are skewed?
