Hi, I'm a bodybuilder from Britain. Have been doing this for around 10 years now. I work in IT and first got into fitness when I found a lump on one of my testicles - it was the wake up call I needed. I love weightlifting as much today as when I first started. I go 5 times a week without fail, my lifestyle is geared towards it: nutrition, sleep even my job! Really looking forward to talking to some like minded people Thanks!
